How can I change the time on my avic-n2

I recently bought an avic-n2 and it did not come with the user manual. I was wondering if anyone new how to change the time?

Hook up the GPS antenna and pull it out of the garage. The only changes you can make it are to adjust the hours +/- 3 and thats in the navigation menu
