Hey i was just wondering how the aux input works in the front of the d3? I know it sounds stupid, but everytime i plug something in i can get the d3 to make it use the source. thanks in advance

You have to turn on (enable) that source before you can use it. I don't remember how, but it's pretty simple. Check the owner's manual.

Its AV2. It comes turned on from the factory

I believe you can turn that input on in the AV menu. You have to enable one of the ext. input.
