You probably will never see that at a Radio Shack again. I was lucky to find one there about 2 years ago but it was on clearance. Only one left for $5, else I would've bought 10 of them.
Anyways, its called a Circuit Writer. I found it on eBay if that helps any - $20 but it seems to be the real deal.
Hope this helps even though its a couple months late.

I picked mine up at Fry's Electronics, about $12.99....they may have it available on line
