Went pretty smooth. I was able to use the stock dash with the funky holes and just cut out the square for the Nav screen which was bigger than the stock 1.5 Din. Snapped the center piece back in and with a little hot glue. Looks factory.

 

Only thing I purchased was the harness and a dash kit for the double din.
