I searched quite a bit (about 2 hours) and I couldn't Find Instructions on how to do it.

Yes the start up picture.. the one that says PIOnner in red with a blueish back ground.

Oh, Lol I guess I havent, I would Like to change it to something else.

1. Rip the nav disk image to your computer

2. Find the appropriate image on the disk

3. Create a new image with the same dimensions and file name as the one you want to replace

3. Replace the original image in the ripped disk image with the new one

4. Burn the disk image to a disk

Yes, the instructions are for replacing background pics on the nav disk, but it's the same procedure for replacing the startup image.
