I was wonder if i i could display a spectrum anayler on the Avic D3?

Nope, none of the AVIC models (that I'm aware of) have any visualization capabilities built in.

There is no way to do it right. One option - if you want to spend the time - would be to generate video on your computer using the MP3 files in question, store them on DVD or ipod, then play them back as video files.

It's a lot of work though.
