I am getting a message. it states please enter appropriate disk. I have tried both the nav disks, and a couple of dvds. (recent dvds that i had been watching). the unit worked for about a week, now this. I have tried using the reset, unpluggin the ground clamps. starting up without the BT unit and the GPS antenna. still getting the same message.

Anyway advice?

Im having the same problem expcept it never worked.........

Some store bought DVD's work but none of the burnt DVD's seem to work. Sometimes it will work for 10 seconds than say something like inprpoer Disc... and than everytime after that it wil barely even load....

I tried burning DVD's on different computers and in DIVX format or DVD video....

PLEASE HELP....

i had the same problem, Pioneer told me to take it back to the store considering i bought it 2 hours before i noticed the problem.
