The factory screen and interface if boring. Is it possible to mod the background and other interface items like the buttons? Thanks!

I just got this installed two days ago and was wondering the same exact thing...honestly I would be in love with this unit if I could somehow get a custom background on it. The interface of this unit is the only thing that turns me off on it..
