I have an alltel HTC PPC-6800. It is the same phone as the Sprint Mogul, which i have read that others have paired with the bluetooth. Everytime i get the phone to pair with it, i get the invalid device... Do i need jetware to fix this problem or is there something else.

If its a windows based phone, the jetware software usually fixes peoples problems
