I know nothing about car audio and all the wires. Does anyone know anyone I can pay to do it?

Also, what's a fair amout to pay someone to take the unit out of my A4, do the bypass and reinstall?

Just the bypass, including removal and reinstallation of the unit shouldn't take more than a half hour if it's someone who knows what they're doing. I'd say $50 MAX, unless they have a 1 hour minimum charge for labor or something like that.

 

Also, do not let them try to sell you anything "extra" that you "need" to make the bypass work. Everything required for the bypass is on the unit already.
