ok, finally found a z2 and bought it.

I have been trying to find out information but keep getting different answers.

I obviously need a dash kit and wiring harness for the install of the z2 into the sonata. Anyone know of the correct kits to get and where to get them?

I have the 06 Hyunda Sonata - no premium sound and bought the Pioneer AVIC Z2.

Also the color of the dash is NOT black - it is that tan color, I have not seen any dash kits in that color - any suggestions?

Get some plastic paint that matches your interior and paint the dash kit.

I don't know if you've bought anything yet, but do not buy Metra's dash kit for the Sonata. They have crappy workmanship and even worse customer support. They do not stand by their product despite the fact that it is clearly flawed (at best)! Instead of owning up to their mistakes, they blame Hyundai. Very lame.

Edit: I see that you don't have the 2011 Sonata. You can ignore my comment other than to watch out for Metra customer service lies.
