theres no point in calling what logical reason would there be that a functioning refurb wouldnt work as opposed to a brand new??

yeh it is a good question. itd make more sense if he said THAT EXACT refurbed one cant be bypassed, cuz something internally couldnt be fixed, but i cant see how thats a general rule.

i forget what he called it but it was some kind of programing that they do at the factory and they hooked it up for me ran a switch for it to override but it still blocks out as soon as i go over 10 15 mph and i had brought the unit in i bought off ebay but i never mentioned to him about it being refurb. when i called and explained he told me of the programing
