Now that I have bypass working I have no cruise control on my 2007 Ford Edge Is there anything that can be done ?

I have no idea how the bypass on the D3 could possibly affect the cruise control..

Did you connect the green wire to the parking brake wire on your Ford and then ground it on top of that?
The green wire should not be connected in any way to your Ford. Just ground it and the mute wire you re-located.
If you ground the green wire and also connect it to the brake wire of the Ford, the car will always think the parking brake is applied.

The bypass didnt do anything to your cruise control, you did.

See if there is a fuse for the cruise control system and check if that fuse is blown.

Yep cc hooked up the e-brake then I grounded it Disconnected it Cruise works by-pass works Go figure

wait so if I'm bypassing, i dont connect the green wire to the e brake? so do i just use the provided wire tap to ground it?

Yes. You just ground that wire. Do not hook it up to ANYTHING except a ground point.
