I'm just trying to find out where to connect the VCC wire to.

Also, how does the Avic know I am in reverse? (I don't quite remember a reverse wire when I installed it).

THANKS

i think all you need to do is wire the reverse lead wire, then the video in for the camera. then power and ground the camera from the back.

OK, I can find my vehicle's reverse wire. Where do I tap this wire into on the Z2? Is there a dedicated wire to connect to for the reverse?

Yes, Its Purple on the D3 so it may be the same on your unit..

it can also be ran to your reverse bulbs if you dont know where the reverse wire is, no??

Yes, that should work too.

So this is the info I have gathered so far:

1. Tap into vehicle's reverse wire (or reverse light) with the Z's reverse wire.

2. Connect VCC+ wire to powersupply on the Z.

3. Ground the GND- wire to the Z's main ground wire.

4. Connect the composite cable.

Am I incorrect on/missing something?
