Why would I want the 90 BT as opposed to the 700 or 900? For all the information I've seen, I'm not clear on whether it's worth the extra money to get the top of the line.

THanks

700BT has CD player, 1 year warranty, 2V preouts, no MSN Direct, and you must buy the ipod cable ($50)

90BT is the same as 900 except has a 2 year warranty, 4V preouts, and comes with the ipod cable

and the 700bt doesnt have 3d mapping correct, is that all?

???? None of em have D3 mapping. They have F-series mapping; stored internally on flash memory

the 700 doesn't play DVDs either

i meant 3d mapping, the 700bt doesnt have it only 2d, is that all?

They both have 3D and 2D. The 700 doesn't have 3D landmarks, which I couldn't find in california anyway on the 90

does it matter?

oh sweet 3d landmarks doesnt bother me, so the 700 does have 3d maps nice, and the no dvd player isnt a big deal, playing videos off my ipod is even better specially when i dont own many dvd discs everythings digital these days, thx agin

does the 700 have a different finish than the 900, it looks like on pioneers site that the 900 has a shinier look, "compare" the 2 on the site

...the back, it's also the ipod connect cable. So it's either ipod or usb (no hub or splitters allowed)

The USB connector is on the end of a long cable coming out of the back of the unit.
