Verizon BT phones have been known to be crippled and problematic, I have never heard of your specific problem though. Most Verizon issues occur with trying to transfer the contact info. As far as the nav problem goes, are you sure you got a brand new unit and not a refurb? I ask this because I have had to replace 2 D3's for the same problem. In my case the problem got worse and worse. Other then that check your GPS signal. MAP, MENU, SYSTEM SETTINGS, HARDWARE INFO, CONNECTION STATUS, will get you there. If you have no signal then try relocating your antenna, hope this helped.
ok i got my verizon phone replace just a few minutes ago...turns out I had one of the worst voyagers they have ever seen. I did get a refurb and took my truck back to the audio shop and they did what ever they did to it and its working great now, and I have vehicle dynamics now also...
Thanks for your reply. When my truck gets back from the body shop I will check if my new phone works.
Verizon takes fine phones any throws their shitty software on them. I'm stuck with them, you should see the "enhancements" they did to my Blackberry, to milk more money outta me. ![]()
i hope the bluetooth works or im gonna be pissed.
Ok the bluetooth still isnt working...it says device out of range or powered off on my voyager.....but every other phone (5 today) have worked fine....any voyager or cell phone guys know whats going on? I even paired up with the lg days...same operating system as the voyager....and it worked fine.
