I have installed a avic-d3 in '06 F-150 about two weeks ago. Everything was working great had the video hack working also. I then upgraded my chrome wheels from 20" to 22" and now I keep getting the error "parking brake connection inproper (or something close to that). I have reset the unit, re-calibrated the GPS still no luck. I am going to try to wire the negative wires directly to the radio frame cage to see if this helps. Please let me know where to look next. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

The wheels have absolutely nothing to do with the bypass. You have a loose connection somewhere, that's the only way the bypass will stop working. Check that your mute wire and parking brake wire grounds are solid as well as the pin for the mute wire is firmly seated in the harness, and that neither of those wires have a break in them.

yep, your right, it was a loose connection I was looking at the wiring harness not on the back of the unit. Thanks I appreciate the help!!
