After pouring over this site I decided to pull the trigger on a Z1 today. Went into a local audo store where I have dealt with for years. The owner and I know each other by sight, but we are definatly not buddy buddy. He had one Z1. He pulled the box and it was an April 2006 build. :D :D :D :D

I started talking with him about local vs internet pricing etc. I finally looked at him and asked what he would do on it. He left and came back with his dealer price book and showed me that his dealer price is $1575 on the unit. I asked him what profit he wanted to make on it and he thought about it for a few minutes and he told me he would go $1875 and sell me the bluetooth kit for cost. Done.

I could have done a bit better online, but I like supporting my local stores and I definatly can not complain about the price.

Now to install tomorrow after church. Gotta wait for the kit from Ducati though. Placing my order now.
