I have the 700 in my Infiniti G35. I have an 8gb USB2.0 stick with MP3s. If I'm playing MP3s and then flip to the NAV my music starts to skip.

Any ideas? Or do we just add it to the list of issues?

Add it to the list. The unit can only process a certain amount of info at once, and if you try to do too much, it will lag. Like playing music off the card and then trying to use the nav at the same time. And if you try to watch a high reolution or high bitrate video off the card, it has trouble doing that by itself, even with nothing else at all going on.
