Should the input voltage on my amp be on high or low using my F90BT?

Low, the deck has 4 volt pre outs.

High means using speaker level (or post-amp) inputs. That's for running speaker wires from your stereo straight to the amp if the stereo doesn't have RCA (pre-amp) outputs.
