Just installed my d3 3 weeks ago, and the bluetooth, and ipod were working great, my truck got backed into and truck went to the body shop got it back today and bluetooth says device not powered on, and my ipod is plugged in but the d3 doesnt recognize the ipod it just stays at the ipod screen. I do know the batterys were unplugged do I need to reset the unit? or any suggestions are great.

the ipod cable doesn't plug in with your bluetooth...

the d3 has a spot for the ipod and just the ipod..

the bluetooth is in the bus connection.. maybe the connections are wrong or loose?

i'd double check the connections then if they are good to reset the deck..

I reset the deck already and nothing, i know they were separate connections, its just a coincidence they both went.
