i searched to find the answer and i found this site:

it says its a black and white wire under the power brake booster. is that another name for the e brake, or its somethin completely different. Thanks in advance!!

brake booster is not the ebrake its under the hood on the underhood side of your brake pedal round cylinder. '

 

on the VSS note, if you need, i have a plug that plugs onto your OBD2 port and gives you VSS
