This guy did respond to me once. I sent him a PM while the auction was live, he replied once and said "i dont really know alot about thoes systems, i just want to get ride of it. Because i am tired to tryin to figure it out." (copied from his email to me). I live up the road from him and told him I would meet him and give him cash then he never responded!
IMO I would use caution!
