Hello all, Thank you for this great Forum. I just bought a Avic-D2 with a GEX-P5700TV tuner with a ND-BT1 bluetooth adapater and a SIR-PNR2 sirius unit. I can not wait to install all of this. I just bought a 2006 VW Passat 2.0T and felt the car was worth it. Engine mods will come later.

I bought the Metra dash install kit 99-9011 and the Antenna adapter. I have not yet pulled the factory headunit out to check the wiring harness but I assume they are all the same. When I ordered the harness for some reason or another I as told that it was a Best Kits Number BHA8590 that is for 91 & UP BMW???? is this the correct harness adapter. I have checked my sourses and they are just not up to date on VW. Can any one please help? Thank you all in advance and you will be seeing more of me here.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the bluetooth adaptor only work with the Z1?

That's what I was thinking as well.

Yep bluetooth adaptor does not work with any avic other than the z1. I've tried for customers in the past. It doesn't recognize it.

Awsome Thank you Very Much... Does that say it is Pin 28 or 3 or something? I saw someone had a GTI maybe it was the same pin connector.
