Hi,

I just installed the 08 Avic-z3 with the nd-bt1 Bluetooth. When I turn on the unit it tells me that the Bluetooth is enabled but I cannot connect my brand new Motorola phone.

 

The Motorola Razr finds the Avic-z3 but cannot connect, Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a MOTO-RAZR2 V9m /w sprint and it works fine.

 

Try having your phone ready to accept pairing. Go to Phone Setting on Avic z series and pair through it using the password you already have in the unit. It took me quite a few tries but eventually got it to pair.
