Thinking of getting new speakers, anyone know about these?

6"x8" 4-way car speakers

According to Crutchfield, they are the best speakers that fit my Mustang without custom enclosures/etc.

Me personally I like the sound of the alpine type r components but that's just me. Those speakers aren't bad, not great at the highs and not great at the bass end. Just kinda in the middle there.

i would say they are a good speaker overall if the RMS needed to get full function out of them, but i have a pair of 6990's i am willing to sell that are brand new...i was going to put them in my truck but put the tsc160's in my doors...i will sell them cheap because i have had them for a while, i can get you any speaker you want for wholesale just let me know

Why would you tell consumers you'd sell them wholesale, when you and I both know that the amount of business you do is not worth violating your contract with "P" for selling outside your territory? :evil:

personally, id go with polk audio. in a 6x8 you arent going to get much bass, to begin with. so either way, i wouldnt expect too much in terms of lows.
