Anyone know where can I get a GPS extension cable with FAKRA female on one end and GT5-1S HU male on the other end?

Probably will need to have that one custom made.

That's not something you'll find lying on any store shelves. It will have to be custom made most likely.

Is that stock antenna disassembleable? If so, you could put the Pioneer antenna INSIDE of the stock antenna housing.

A local shop that does RF, radio antenna and cable work should have the fittings to crimp whatever connections you want on to the end of a coax cable of whatever length you want.

I would start calling around.

As HiFiSi stated, you probably won't find this exact combination of ends on a pre-made cable. Check THIS LINK though... You might be able to get a cable that you can find an adapter for one end to convert to your connector (or chop off and install the right connector).
