I BUY FROM US THE PIONEER AVH-P4000DVD AND I USE IT IN EUROPE.

THE PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN'T HAVE EUROPEAN TUNING!!

DOES ANYHAVE A SOLUTION ABOUT THAT???

It's probably not possible, but if it's anything like the P6000DVD, then you could obtain a schematic and try changing some jumpers around. The jumpers are unfortunately two tiny 0-ohm surface-mount resistors that are soldered to the motherboard. When soldered across the correct spot, it sets the MCU to the mode for that country. Be warned however, that even that might not be ALL you need. You might need to have the EEPROM in the tuner module reprogrammed! There is an EEPROM in the tuner, but I don't know what it contains.

Short answer: If you want to use the radio tuner, get rid of that unit and buy a European model.
