Just installed my AVIC-D2 and GEX-P10XMT XM tuner and activated service for both XM and Navtraffic. Navtraffic works just fine but no audio from any of the XM channels. I am able to scroll through all the channels, again no sound. Everything else on the D2 works- FM, CD, Navi. IP Bus cable was plugged in. I called XM to send and resend the signal 4 times already. Anyone have any idea what the problem is? Thanks!

Is the pbus cable plugged in to the bllue port or the black port of the xm tuner. It should be plugged into the black port of the xm tuner.

Thanx for posting this; I HAD the exact same problem, I say "had" because after reading this I double checked the work the installers did and moved the plug and now it works perfect. I am a little pissed off that the "professional" installers screwed up though.
