When the unit was installed the guy told me that he had trouble finding the wire for the speed, so he said that it will be a few seconds off, but what i noticed was that on the top right corner it indicates that it's "updating" i would have thought that it would go away in a few days, but its been going on for a few weeks. does anyone know why?

"updating", as it states in your goddamn manual, means that you have XM hooked up but aren't paying for traffic.
