Every week or so my xm will reset itself and I have to reprogram it (Pain in the ass) Does anyone else have this problem? The bluetooth has reset a couple times too but it may be a phone issue there. Any help would be appreciative?

check the power wiring for them. If they're t-tapped into a power line, they're more than likely losing voltage occasionally.

Yeah, definitely sounds like the modules are losing power, which clears their memory. Double check your power and ground connections.
