As mentioned in an earlier topic, I have a F900BT that I'm waiting to install pending the results of the update.

Two questions:

1. I've seen a comment about the Pioneer playing in track # vs. alphabetical order as a default. Can this be adjusted or are you stuck to whatever order the unit firmware rev decides?

2. Can you set the default to play in shuffle mode, or do you need to set this each time?

My last head unit, a Jensen, played in shuffle as the default.

with the upgrade released last night, the play order remains correct.

Also, you can change the default from shuffle to non.
