I have a D3 connected to a Motorola Maxx was working great.

Now every once in a while I try to make a call and the unit connects, display shows the timer and connected but no sound the other end hears me but I get nothing. Then it works fine the next time,

Any ideas ?

The phone itself, once I disconnect the BT has all sound.

i know this sounds simple...but i hafta ask...where is the volume level on the D3?

It only happens occasionally not all the time.

the radio is on vol 13-15 it happens when I dial out.

it's the shiny knob that's all the way on the left of the unit, under the map button

it shows the level in the bottom left corner when you turn the knob...

i knew that...i meant on the poster's d3...where was his volume level...my bad for structuring that question incorrectly...
