How did you get the cool red screen to show up ??
If thats just a splash screen, where did you get it, and where is the "system is starting up" message ?

Its a custom splash screne i made. Also i missed the last step where the unit reboots.

Is it possible to reinstall the software? I downloaded the update and put it on an SD card, but when I put it in and start the stereo up it just boots normally.
