VSS for 08 Town and Country

I have a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country LX with very little options. I purchased several harnesses and they do not seem to work for lights and such. The last harness said it would generate the VSS and of course it does not. I have everything working except for the VSS.

 

Does anyone know where the VSS wire is on this van?

the wiring harness currently on the van says it will generate the VSS signal. The harness is a PAC C2R-CHY2. It is connected correctly per instructions. Is there another VSS wire on the 08 Town and Country?
