I read the satellite radio news quite a bit (mostly Sirius) and have read a few articles about Sirius Satellite Video on orbitcast.com and some posts on the SiriusBackstage forum.

After reading a post about some discount TV tuners on this forum it got me thinking, and I am hoping that Sirius/Pioneer offers a TV tuner for the Z1 that will pick up the Sirius Satellite Video. I think its an extremely long shot since it seems that XM and Pioneer are in bed together (XM NavTraffic, Inno and the graphical XM interface.)

Yeah have been hearing about that for a couple years now. The hard part is going to be overcoming the bandwidth limitations. Especially if they want to provide any sort of decent quality video streams.

I just went to a Sirius training seminar on Tuesday. They briefly talked about video. Doesn't seem like it's going to happen until they launch their third satellite on 07 or 08, sorry can't remember when they said.
