Not unless you replaced it with a DVD drive out of a European D3.

You would be better off using something like DVD decrypter to rip the disk image to your computer and removing the region code, them burning that to a DVD-R.

but is it posible to do that withe the nav dvd too?

No. You can't get the European nav disks to work in a US unit. People's efforts to do so have been well documented here and none of them have been successful. If you do a search, you'll see.
