hey all, i was just wondering if the west navigation dvd that came with the avic n1 will work with the avic n2??

It should, but you will have to go into the service menu and do a "Force program write" to the older version. I think you will lose some NavTraffic functionality with the older version as well.

I would recommend just downloading the most recent versions of both East and West. Search the forum, you should be able to find both instructions on how to get into the service menu to downgrade software and also where to find the latest East and West discs (release date May 07, I believe).
