so ive read through a couple of threads about their navigation not being accurate and im afraid that i should relocate mine, should it be in the middle of the car ? becuause mine is on the top right (passenger) side of the windshield.

note- i dont my have map disc yet so my navigation is not working.

It shouldn't matter if it's on the right left or middle of your car as long as the antenna has a clear veiw of the sky. Two feet either way won't make that much difference!

I have mine mounted right in the center of my dash. It seems to work perfectly fine for me and I never had any problems with where I mounted it.

Mine is mounted in the middle of the roof in the back. I ran it under the weather stripping into the trunk, then through to the cab and under the passenger seat where the hideaway unit is.

mine is mounting on the back of trunk below the window. I think i need to relocate as I lose connection on cloudy days...

Mines on the center of my dash with no issues out of any of my antennas.

did u not put it on the dash in the corner because u wanted a cleaner install? should i put my where behind the dash? i have no space in that area probably.

Mines in the dead center and the wires are coming out of my defroster vents.

They are noticeably but dont necessarily look bad.
