I just got my car back from the shop and they had to remove the radio now my xm and bluetooth have no audio output but they function fully. I can see all the xm stations but no audio radio and ipod work fine

Almost 100% guarantee that one or both of the IP-BUS cables is connected backwards.

Now your not talking about on the back of the radio right? Your saying I need to switch them around on the xm and bt units themselves.

Well if you have 2 external modules/units, you have one IP-BUS cable linking the two units, and another IP-BUS cable going from one of those units into the back of the D3. It could be either one of those cables, or possibly both.

That was it they must of disconnected them and put them back wrong. Thanks for the help.
