Bluetooth and XM not working

I have had my D3 and BTB200 for a couple months now, and I decided to add XM to it. After connecting the XM box, neither the bluetooth or XM radio will work. The head unit won't even show them as connected. Wondering if anybody has any suggestions for me.

1 - Are the grounds and constant power wires connected to both units properly?

2 - Does the power wire that's hooked up to them actually have power?

3 - Are the IP-BUS cables connected properly? The cables are directional (one end is in, one end is out) and both units have an in and out port. Make sure they are connected properly.

I spliced the new power and ground into the same one I was using before, so I don't think that's the problem.

I have check the IP Bus cables and they seem to be in the proper order.

I guess I could get a multimeter and check the power wire to make sure though.

Check to make sure both are powered up. Try and connect one device to the D3 at a time. If the D3 can see both devices separately, then you problem is with the IP cables. If the D3 can only see one of the devices and not the other when they are connected separately, then you issue is probably due to one device not getting power.

Even without an XM account, you should be able to hear channel 1.

I unhooked the XM and connected the bluetooth back up the way it was before I tried installing the XM and it didn't work at all.

Did you check your fuses ?

I did look at the fuse for the XM before I installed it. The bluetooth was working until I disconnected it.
