Ok question which i know many of you will know. I have the avicd3 and now have the 700f whatever its called..lol anyway on the avicd3 it told me what city i was in which i loved that feature. Its nice to know where u are when you are in the middle of nowhere. Anyway coming home from OC NJ the other night it said on the map what city i was going to and at the bottom it said what city i am in. Then it disappeared and only the street name was at the bottom and nothing was at the top. Anyone know what causes this, was I imagining i saw the city i was in.... is there a setting, the f series does tell what city your in right?

when you change cities it will tell you, but other than that, no it doesnt have a designated spot. just remember the one that youre in when it tells you that you've entered a new city

It would be nice if hitting the map button would give you the exact address and city you are at like my old Lexus did.
