let me get this straight...all i have to do is ground the mute wire and the e-brake wire and thats all that is needed to unlock the dvd player? Everything else still will work the same? even where to turn and what not on the navigation system? i know you guys have answered this a 100 times but im still a little confused.

Your close. you need to ground the parking brake, and you need to move the cell mute wire to a new location in the harness, THEN ground it too.

so i dont need to down load any type of file? and where is the new location for the mute wire located? thanks for responding

i just did a z2 and moved the yellow wire wit black stripe.tha guide on wire! is it the mute wire that i move.and where do i move it?
