I have my Zune hooked up to the AV input and I get lines across the screen and static in the speakers when the engine is on. However I don't get these problems on the XM, radio or CD. Just wondering if anyone knew how to fix this.

Most likely, you've got your AV cables from the zune running next to/near something that's causing electrical interference. Try moving/rerouting the cable.
