I searched and can't seem to find the method. If there already is a thread, or sticky please push in that direction

 

New to the Z3, but very old with AVIC (started with N1). I didn't get the iPod connection with the Z3 because I understood that we can load our music direct to the HDD. What I didn't know was that the only way I can find to do this is to play each CD -real time- and it records to the library. Yawn... is there a way to either BT connect, or direct connect iPod, or other means to upload about 20 Megs of MP3 music?

 

Or, should I simply get the iPod adaptor?

So far, no one has found a way to do what you want. I wish we could figure it out, I worked on it a little bit and as far as I can tell you, it would take a lot of time to figure out how music is added to the database AND how it's encoded.

 

Good luck in your search though, I'm sure it'll be figured out someday.
