I've heard that the update for the itouch will not work with the f700bt....is this true? has someone found a workaounrd for this?

I have a 1st generation iphone upgraded to 2.0.1 firmware version and works fine using pioneers cable, music, videos, playlists...everything! using 1.1.4 firmware version i had no video and no playlist but now works fine!

For some reason the Touch is different than the iPhone in this regard. Both major versions of the iPhone software work just fine with the F-Series, and 2.x.x adds video playback support.

The Touch does not work if it's running version 2.x.x, but 1.x.x works fine.
