Help.... Had my D3 with the bluetooth unit in my Tahoe, and just took it out and had a local installer put it in my wifes Explorer. I've connected her phone and registered it to user #1, but everytime i restart the car it says no connnection, and when i go into bluetooth phone menu the phone is no longer connected or registered?? Any ideas what happened??

Also, my vehicle dynamics no longer works, it states the function is not available at this time?

He did do the bypass for me, which wasn't done while it was in the Tahoe. Did he hook something up wrong or miss something?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Thx in advance.

Guaranteed that the installer hooked up the bluetooth unit using an ignition switched power source. It needs a constant power source instead or else it won't retain it's memory when the car is shut off.

for the vehicle dynamics drive and calibrate the unit since it has lost power it lost all its memory. Then once it works again it will reenable the vehicle dynamics

Make sure your bluetooth settings on the phone is not set to "Hidden"
