For the life of me i cant get my screen to tilt down far enough to eject the DVD nav cd....my installer put it in but never told me how to get it out haha

I tried the parking brake thing, and i believe he bypassed the system

Your installer didn't check his work.The face is not fully retracting and is probably binding on the trim.Take it back so he can do some adjustments.The parking brake has nothing to do with the disk ejecting.

Press and HOLD the EJECT button and release when it starts to move. It will open further.
