Bypass problem- no map options

I don't know what the story is with my d3. When I am in the navigation screen, I lose all the map options when I get over a certain speed.

Sounds like I didn't shove the mute pin all the way back in or my grounding is bad right? Well, no because I still can watch dvd's in motion. So any ideas?

This is my third car with a d-series, I did all the installs myself and I have never had a problem with the installation.

Correct. Double check it all.

Well if that was the case, why would my dvd work in motion? I will be back in there when my new dash bulbs come in.

That is odd, but I would still double check the connection, just to rule out the bypass being the problem.

It may also be worth noting that when moving, I get an error message that I do not remember on my old d3. Something like- "System detects improper brake connection"

Either way, I will be checking my wires when I rip it open again

Catch me & HiFi, I appreciate it
