I would apprecieate if someone could help me with the firmware upgrade for my D3. I can't seem to find it anywhere. Also I have heard that you need to burn it a certian way. Any input would be awsem. my computer skills aren't the best, so talk to me like i'm a little kid and that would actually help me out. Thanks.

The reason you can't find it is because it doesn't exists.
